STEVE BAVISTER specialises in business communication, including presentations skills, personal impact, networking, influencing & persuading, telephone skills, and business writing. Working throughout the UK and across EMEA, Steve is a passionate and dynamic trainer who energises and inspires groups and individuals to develop their competence and confidence.

Steve worked for many years at a senior level for an international FTSE 100 media company, where he was responsible for a staff of 80, so he appreciates from practical experience the realities of business, management and leadership.

Having an honours degree in psychology means that Steve has a rich understanding of what makes people tick, while his extensive knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming - he is a Master Practitioner and co-author of the best-selling book Teach Yourself NLP - enables him to connect quickly with others.
