Intervention - Management team responsible for winning new business and retaining current clients underwent individual 1:1 coaching to enhance their confidence and ability in presenting complex ideas to potential and existing clients. Many of the team had attended presentations skills training before and wanted personalised coaching to fine-tune their skills.
Result - Increased confidence and ratio of pitches won, positive client feedback.
