Ideally you will:

• Hold a degree in psychology or be widely read on this topic

• Be an NLP Master Practitioner or have an in-depth understanding of this form of applied psychology

London-based Associate Trainers Wanted

A great opportunity to work with a dynamic training and coaching consultancy near the Barbican. We specialise in transforming relationships and how people communicate at work by building confidence, clarity and impact. Our clients are mainly blue chip multi-nationals as well as professional firms and niche consultancies.  We are looking for associate trainers with 5+ years’ business experience and at least 3 years’ soft skills training. Speak First provides full support to familiarise trainers with our programmes and approach.

We need trainers with experience in the design and delivery of a range of communication skills. We are only looking for trainers who live within the M25 and who are flexible to travel if needed.

Successful applicants will be high impact trainers who walk the talk, build rapport quickly, have an excellent voice, an unflappable nature, innovative ideas, excellent writing skills and the flexibility to adapt their style to suit the needs of the audience. Fluency in another European or Asian language (to training delivery standard) is an advantage but not essential.
