John Owens
JOHN OWENS, previously a Senior Training Manager with HSBC, specialises in design and delivery of Customer Service, Sales, Sales Management and Advanced Level Negotiations Training. John has organised large customer service events, scripted training videos and managed successful training teams.
Throughout his career John has worked with and trained sales teams on business improvement initiatives including relationship management initiatives. He is culturally sensitive having had extensive experience training people in most parts of the world. John has facilitated Client Relationship programmes for corporate bankers in the UK, United States, Hong Kong and Cyprus resulting in an effective strategy for developing key relationships, leading to an increase in more profitable business and a reduction in competitor encroachment.
John has conducted Project Management and Change Management Programmes, working with all levels of management to ensure effective communications and facilitate successful outcomes.
